I have traveled the World to witness The Spring in all her vivid colors and draw inspiration for our jewelry line. Regardless of the geographic location, the feeling in those first days of Spring always stayed the same – complete, indescribable, youthful and somewhat foolish joy. Oh, the sweet, tingling feeling of excitement, that sweeps over the world come Spring. However, what makes Spring so special is the existence of Winter. After many years spent in the amazing city of Chicago, with its dreary winter days, I learned to appreciate Spring that much more. “The City on the Lake” waking up after a long, gray season is always an extraordinary picture. You can taste the feeling of collective joy and celebration in the air when the colors return to the firmament of the city. The sight of the first flower buds, with delicate colors, pushing through the winter undertones has always felt to me like magic returning to the city. It is always a feast to the eye to see the shy and fragile greenery on the trees, that brings out the butterflies; the warm rains, singing in the water spouts, washing away the heavy winter blues; the fickle winds racing down Michigan Avenue, flirting with the colorful skirts. And just like that the industrial dust of the city is interlaced with the fragrance of the hyacinths, daffodils, tulips and the scent of Love... It always seemed to me that in the spring, Chicago is falling in love again. This collection is our tribute to the Magic of Spring.
“I want to do with you
what spring does with the cherry trees.”
