Hand-Engraved Items delivery times can vary from 6-8 weeks. Please, plan for extra time if you are considering hand-engraving your items.
Engraving your jewelry makes it that much more personal. Whether initials, a favorite quote or secret message, known only to you and your beloved, our engraving adds a personal touch to an engagement ring or wedding band. If you decide to inscribe your Engagement Ring, Wedding Bands or Pendants - we would like to extend our gratitude for entrusting us to create and deliver your dreams, by offering you a Complimentary laser engaging up to 5 characters. The size of the engraving will vary depending on the thickness of the ring/item inscribed.

For your protection and to ensure the secure delivery of your order, Bashert Jewelry always:
• Insures the content of the shipment.
• Only ships to actual, physical addresses. We do not ship any orders to P.O. boxes.
• All items are delivered with "Direct Signature Required" services.
• For items over $1,000, after an arrangement with the client, we send the order to a Local FedEx Office to be held for in-person package pick up.
• For insurance reasons, we cannot reroute packages after they have shipped from Bashert Jewelry

. Please retain all packing materials unless instructed otherwise by Bashert Jewelry. Claims for damaged or missing items must be reported immediately or within 24 hours of receipt of your order.
We offer worldwide shipping. Customs processes and import duties are the responsibility of the customer. The actual amount charged by customs may differ. Please, be advised that Bashert Jewelry has no control over any of these charges and cannot guarantee estimates of customs, duties, and taxes that may be applied.
Bashert Jewelry is committed to timely delivery for your order. However, delivery delays due to inclement weather conditions, carrier delays or incorrect addresses are beyond our control. Shipping fees are non-refundable. On the rare occasion that your order is tampered with or lost during shipment, you must report this to Bashert Jewelry within 24 hours of receiving your order.
We are not responsible for lost or damaged international deliveries. We ship our items with “FedEx Direct Signature Required” to secure safe delivery.
International Shipment Privacy
Please, note that international shipments are subject to opening and inspection by customs authorities. Additionally, information about your order, shipment, and products contained therein may be communicated to our shippers and the customs authorities as part of the customs clearance process.

Our 15-day money-back guarantee gives you time to make sure your purchase is perfect. If you need to return it for any reason, we'll happily provide you with an exchange or full refund. For a full refund - Send your jewelry back in its ORIGINAL / UNWORN / UNUSED CONDITION, including all product documentation. * Custom selected stones, color stones, lab-grown diamonds, and exotic Pearls are eligible for full refund for 7 days after the initial purchase.
It's that simple. All you pay is the return shipping and insurance for the full value of the item.
ITEMS NOT ELIGIBLE FOR RETURNS
Merchandise not in its "original, unused condition" will not be deemed acceptable for return, refund, or store credit. Items showing visible signs of wear or alteration by a jeweler, other than Bashert Jewelry, will not be accepted.

4. Items that became damaged or defective after delivery.
5. Items that have been altered by any jewelers, other than Bashert Jewelry.
6. In person ordered and received items. Any order placed in our Boca Raton studio and received in-person.

8. All "custom items." Custom items are considered jewelry pieces not displayed on the website, or any original design, altered by a customer's request. Some exclusions may apply. *
9. We do not accept returns on any items purchased with Afterpay or Bitcoin.
10. Custom Engraved Items are not refundable. Some exclusions may apply. *
* Store credit for the full amount of the initial purchase of a "custom order" may be offered to you, after a consultation with our designer's team. Store credits can be used for further purchases for the amount of/or greater than the initial order. The store credit offer will be good for up to 1 year after the initial purchase. Unused store credits will be forfeited after a year from the date they were issued.
* If a custom engraved item was approved for a return or a store credit, a re-polishing and re-stocking fee of $200 will be applied before a store credit or refund is issued.
* Special orders are final sale and are not eligible for return or refund.
* Improperly delivered or uninsured packages will be refused upon receipt.
* Returns with missing paperwork or product will not be processed.
Returns on GIA Diamonds, Color Stones, Lab-Grown Diamonds or Pearls
• Bashert Jewelry "Hand-Picked" Diamonds, Color Stones, Lab-Grown Diamonds, Above-Earth Diamonds, and Pearls are eligible for 15-day returns from original shipping date.
• Returns on Custom Selected/Requested Diamonds, Lab-Grown Diamonds,Color Stones, or Exotic Pearls are limited to 7 days after the item was shipped. Some exclusions may apply. *
• All returns are subject to re-polishing and re-stocking fee of $200.
Returns on Moissanite by Charles & Colvard
• Moissanites are not eligible for returns.
• You will be refunded the price of the mounting, purchased with the Moissanite gem if it is returned within 15 days of the initial shipping. Re-polishing and re-stocking fee of $200 will be applied to such returns. After the return on the setting is issued, the Moissanite gem will be returned to the purchaser.

Custom Made Pieces
We strive to deliver any customization requested by the client. Many of our designs can be further altered from the original design, upon clients request. Such alterations may include - alternative stone sizes; shapes, color stones variations, or design changes. All modifications to the original design will be considered a "custom order".
We offer a design and fabrication of custom "one-of-a-kind" jewelry pieces, by request only. All custom made “one-of-a-kind pieces” are ineligible for Returns or Refunds.
For orders shipped internationally, we cannot offer returns, since we do not have representation in any other geographical location, but Boca Raton, Florida, and taxes are levied every time a jewelry item crosses the border. For the same reason, we cannot offer resizing or alteration to any of our international orders.
How to Prepare a Return
Call us first before shipping your items back.
1. Package your return securely. We recommend you use the original shipping box, including all original packaging and collateral material. If your item was delivered with a diamond/color stone/gem certificate, and that certificate is not returned to us, you will be liable for the $350 replacement cost.
2. Insure Your Package.
* Items under $500: We recommend you ship your package via FedEx Service insured for the total value of the contents. (FedEx® will not insure merchandise over $500)
* Items over $500 but less than $1,000, we recommend using US Postal Service Registered Mail™ for optimal tracking capability. (UPS®, FedEx® will not insure merchandise over $1000).
* Items over $1,000 - we recommend insuring the package for the total value of the contents. Direct Signature Service is required.
* More than $25,000: High-Value returns often require special arrangements. We recommend contacting us for assistance and suggested methods for returning your purchase.

Credits | Refunds to Your Charge Card
Credit card purchases and PayPal purchases will be refunded to the credit card or account used for the original purchase.
Please allow up to 2 weeks from the date that Bashert Jewelry has received your return for your account to be credited. If you purchased item $1000 or higher using a bank wire your refund will take approximately three (3) weeks from the date of the return's receipt. For bank wire purchases under $1000, please allow 3-4 weeks. Bank wire refunds are posted to the account they originated from.
You may wish to contact your credit card company on posting guidelines as they can vary.
Return Shipping Charges
Shipping charges, including Special Handling and any other related costs, are non-refundable. If you receive any portion of your order damaged, please contact us before returning the items. Bashert Jewelry will not reimburse you for unauthorized shipping expenses incurred. Please, retain all shipping materials for inspection.
If we request that you return the merchandise to us, we may reimburse you for full or partial return shipping expenses at our discretion. We will not reimburse you for overnight, express or other special services used at your discretion.
Cancel an Order

. We will attempt to accommodate order changes or cancellations up to 3 days from the date the original order was placed.
Some changes will result in a shipping delay and price adjustments. No cancellations will be accepted after 3 days from the date the original order was placed. We are unable to accommodate changes or cancellations on custom orders already in progress and/or orders that have already shipped.
