WARRANTIES
We are proud to be known as a designer-house, where all jewelry pieces are the original, intellectual property of Bashert Jewelry. When you purchase Bashert Jewelry piece, you can be confident it will be genuinely unique, as each piece is made to order, and hand-fabricated just for you. Our jewelry is backed by our hallmark. We stand behind the quality of our work. Every detail is meticulously inspected, upon completion to make sure your piece meets our high standards. However, if you believe your ring has a defect, you are able to send it back to us, within 15 days, for inspection where we will repair or replace your ring as deemed appropriate. Manufacturing defects can include missing pave stones (stones under .05ctw), and loose prongs. If the damage is deemed outside of a manufacturing defect, we’ll always let you know the price of any repair before beginning any work on the ring.
The warranty does not apply to the replacement of a center stone, or any stone larger than 0.15ctw. Manufacturing defects do not include general wear and tear, scratching, discoloration due to contact with harsh chemicals, warped rings or lost rings/center stones.
Because we stand behind all our designs and our craftsmanship, any third-party or outside jeweler altering your jewelry will void your warranty with us!
The only exception to this is if you’re purchasing outside of the United States and need a third-party jeweler to resize your ring.

If your jewelry gets lost, stolen, damaged or just mysteriously disappears, they've got you covered.
REPAIRS
We will accommodate any repairs determined to be a fabrication error on our part. To ensure a smooth, stress-free shopping experience, we will pick the tab for sending back any items for repairs.
Please, items altered, in any way, by jewelry services, other than Bashert Jewelry, will not be eligible for our free repair services.
Please, note some repairs may take up to 2 weeks, depending on the repairs needed.
For orders shipped internationally, we cannot offer help with repairs or ring resizing, since taxes are levied every time a jewelry item crosses borders.
RESIZING
Bashert Jewelry offers one free ring resizing, rhodium re-plating, cleaning and inspection*, (* return shipping not included), in the first 90 days after the original order was shipped.
Resizing Policy
Resizing, re-plating, cleaning, and alterations are only available to U.S. orders only. For orders shipped internationally, we cannot offer ring resizing since taxes are levied every time a jewelry item crosses the border.
* Resizing that involves adding precious stones or metal (gold/platinum) will only be honored after personal consultation and pricing with our designer's and goldsmith's team.
** Engraved items can be resized after a consultation with our master goldsmith. Additional charges may occur for re-engraving the piece if needed.
*** Resizing eternity bands and diamond-heavy pieces may require remaking the entire item. After a consultation with our master goldsmith, we can quote any additional charges that will occur. To avoid sizing misunderstandings, we offer a multi-purpose ring sizer, you can purchase here
